Orders:

• Where do I send my film to be developed?

  Be sure to reference your order code in your packaging when sending in your film for processing.

• How long does it take for film to get processed?

  Colour or Black & White film take between 5 and 7 days and slide or old film will take between 14 and 18 days, but remember this is the processing time only and doesn't include shipping time.

• How should I package my film?

  We suggest using a padded bubble envelope or box. Avoid anything that tears easily and be sure to include your order code, that you would have received in your email confirmation, in your package.

• How do I get my scans after they are developed?

  Once development and processing are complete, your scans will be transferred to a USB drive and returned with your film. Unfortunately, we do not offer digital downloads, and we do not keep digital copies of your scans after orders are fulfilled.

• What is your return and refunds policy?

  C41 Film does not allow returns of fresh film or other consumable photo products and we do not issue refunds for processing services.
